  It is a scoping call. I ask direct questions about the workflow, the systems involved and the constraints, so the scope is clear before anything is quoted. A written quote with fixed scope, timeline and deliverables follows within 48 hours, and no code is written before you have it.

• What should I send before the call?

  Three things, if you can: the workflow you want automated, the systems it touches, and who makes the decision. The service is a poor fit for projects with undefined scope and no decision-maker, so those are the points the call is there to settle.

• How does the written quote work?

  The price is fixed and agreed in writing first. After the call you get a quote that sets out the scope, the timeline and the deliverables, within 48 hours. Every project is scoped on its own, so the timeline comes from that quote rather than from a standard figure.

• How quickly will I hear back?

  Replies come within one business day, whether you book the call, use the form or email hello@yourprivatedev.com. During a build you get daily async updates and a weekly demo, through one communication channel with the person doing the work.

• Can we sign an NDA before I share details?

  Yes. The service is NDA friendly, so you can ask for one before sharing details. Clients are named in case studies only where they agreed, and specifics are anonymized otherwise.

• Can you work with a team in another country or time zone?

  Yes. Your Private Dev is fully remote and works with clients worldwide. Updates are async by default, with a daily note and a weekly demo during the build, and the 15-minute call is how a project starts.
